Every product is sourced with the same discipline and checked against defined quality standards before it enters our inventory. Built by People Who Know Retail Inside Out
Oak & Birch was founded by Jigisha Grouver and Prakash Thawani, each of them bring over two decades of experience across some of the prominent retail organizations — including Landmark Group, Amazon, Carrefour, and others. Jigisha's background in online retail, buying, and brand management — including her time at Amazon — shaped the data-driven approach to curation that sits at the core of what Oak & Birch selects and sells. Prakash's foundation in large-format retail operations brought the supply chain and commercial rigor that makes the model work.
Anchoring the product side of Oak & Birch is Sneh Khanna, our in-house Design Lead. A trained designer, Sneh brings a precise eye for detail and a consistent creative vision to every product we develop — ensuring that what is conceived with intention translates just as faithfully into the finished form.
