How do I place an order?
Browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a faster experience next time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@tjaglobal.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed, but we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
You can add a personalized gift message at checkout. Please contact us at support@tjaglobal.com for any special packaging requests.
Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
We work with interior designers, decorators, and trade professionals. Reach out to us at support@tjaglobal.com for more information about our trade program.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days thereafter. Large furniture pieces may require additional lead time as noted on the product page.
How do I find out the shipping cost before purchasing?
You can enter your zip code on the product page to see applicable shipping rates before adding items to your cart. Exact shipping costs are also shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $150 to the contiguous US. Oversized or freight items may have additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track orders by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Some items are not eligible for return — including custom pieces, final sale items, and products that have been opened from compressed packaging or assembled. Please review our full Returns Policy for complete details.
Why can't I return a compressed or flat-pack furniture item after opening it?
Furniture shipped in compressed or vacuum-sealed packaging (such as foam items, rolled products, or flat-pack pieces) cannot be repackaged in its original form once opened. Similarly, assembled furniture cannot be returned. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, dimensions, and color information on the product page before opening or assembling. If you have any concerns, contact us before opening.
Is there a restocking fee?
A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Items returned in original, undamaged condition with complete packaging incur no fee. Items with packaging damage or missing parts may be subject to a fee of 10-30%. We'll communicate the applicable fee when reviewing your return.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us at support@tjaglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video showing the damage. We'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for a different size, color, or style subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Do you offer design advice or styling help?
Yes! Email us at support@tjaglobal.com with photos and a description of your space and we'll offer personalized recommendations.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and other methods available through Shopify Payments at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
My statement shows a charge from TJ&A Global Online LLC — is that correct?
Yes. TJ&A Global Online LLC is the legal entity that operates Oak & Birch. Any charges from us will appear under this name on your bank or card statement.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Yes — sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers. Discount codes can be applied at checkout.
Do you offer financing options?
Buy-now-pay-later options may be available through Shopify Payments for eligible orders. Look for this option at checkout.
