5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your shipping address and are not guaranteed. Oak & Birch is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier. Once a shipment is in the carrier's possession and a tracking number has been issued, Oak & Birch's responsibility for loss or damage in transit is limited to filing a claim on your behalf.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us at support@tjaglobal.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TJ&A Global Online LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
