At Oak & Birch, a brand of TJ&A Global Online LLC, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Times
All in-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
For made-to-order or custom pieces, please refer to the individual product listing for estimated lead times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and dimensions. You can view the applicable shipping rate for your location by entering your zip code on the product page before adding to cart, or at checkout before completing your purchase. No surprises — the exact rate will always be shown before payment is confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or via the link provided in your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to US territories or internationally.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos or video of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tjaglobal.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your building management. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@tjaglobal.com. We can only accommodate address changes before an order has been processed for shipment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
We recommend placing orders well in advance during the holiday season. Carrier delays outside our control are possible during peak periods, and delivery estimates may be extended.
